From my experiences in Netball and Softball at a State level, I fostered the passion to assist those involved in sports, may they be from the developing to the elite, with their mental approach to sport and life. Furthermore, given the high performance and personal demands in the corporate world, I broadened my professional interest to work with a variety of government and private sector organisations in a similar manner. As a result, over the past 15 years BtE has forged successful partnerships in a variety of settings including:

• Sports Psychology consultancy with organisations such as Netball Victoria, Swimming Victoria, Melbourne Golf Academy (MGA), Victorian Institute of Sport (VIS), Bendigo Bank Academy of Sport (BBAS), Melbourne International Tennis School (MITS), Australian Volleyball Federation, Ice-Skating Club of Bendigo, and Lacrosse Victoria, as well as work with individual athletes from sports such as karate, badminton, and lawn bowls.
