Day 2 - MOVING YOUR BODY

 

Activity for Day 2 (tomorrow): 

  • Focus on what you are doing in the HERE and NOW, 
  • Take note using your SENSES, and 
  • BE CURIOUS of...

 

MOVING YOUR BODY - whatever you do throughout the day to move your body, may it be incidental exercise like walking or climbing stairs, or more deliberate movements like stretching, yoga, a gym session, a training session or a game.
