Day 17 - YOUR POSTURE

 

Activity for Day 17 (tomorrow): 

 

Focus on what you are doing in the HERE and NOW, 

Take note using your SENSES, and 

BE CURIOUS of...

 

YOUR POSTURE - when we raise our sternum (chest bone) and widen our shoulders, extra oxygen enters our lungs and leads to the release of a happy hormone called endorphin and also a boost in testosterone, so our internal stress level (cortisol!) decreases. So be in tune with your posture today and make sure you "sternum up!"
