Activity for Day 20 (tomorrow): 

 

Focus on what you are doing in the HERE and NOW, 

Take note using your SENSES, and 

BE CURIOUS of...

 

SOMETHING SIMPLE - there are so many things or moments in our day to day life that we don't really miss or acknowledge their signficance until they are gone. So take a moment today to appreciate a simple object (e.g. a glass of water) or see the beauty in a simple moment (e.g. the sun rising or setting)
