Day 21 - WALKING BAREFOOT

 

Activity for Day 21 (tomorrow): 

 

Focus on what you are doing in the HERE and NOW, 

Take note using your SENSES, and 

BE CURIOUS of...

 

WALKING BAREFOOT - there is a concept called Earthing which involves connecting your body directly with the Earth by taking your shoes off and walking barefoot on grass or sand. This action on a regular basis balances out the positive electron and free radicals build up in our body which helps reduce the levels of cortisol (stress hormone). So kick your shoes off today and let your feet be caressed by the Earth.
