Day 27 - WHAT'S FOR or IN DINNER?

 

Activity for Day 27 (tomorrow): 

 

Focus on what you are doing in the HERE and NOW, 

Take note using your SENSES, and 

BE CURIOUS of...

 

WHAT'S FOR or IN DINNER - Use your sense of smell and try to guess what's for dinner tonight before seeing or tasting it, and once you are enjoying it, acknowledge all the ingredients that went into it.  And if you were lucky enough to be the cook tonight, let your sense of smell and taste guide the combination process and admire the pageantry of colours, sounds and textures.
