Take note using your SENSES, and 

BE CURIOUS of...

 

BRUSHING YOUR TEETH - Dental hygiene is paramount in the prevention of dental disease and problems, but because it is a daily activity that we have done so many times before, it is another opportunity for our mind to wander. So today, really pay attention to this sensory experience and what you are doing for your dental health.
