Activity for Day 31 (tomorrow):
Focus on what you are doing in the HERE and NOW,
Take note using your SENSES, and
BE CURIOUS of...
GRATITUDE - During each day, there will be times that are annoying, frustrating, disappointing or uncomfortable. But instead of focussing on just the problem or pain in these moments today, try to acknowledge something that you are grateful for or even love about this moment. Sometimes the most challenging situation can be your greatest gift, it just comes in shitty wrapping paper!
And so this is my last Mindfulness training activity in this series. I hope you have enjoyed this month of training as much as I have and you've seen some improvement in your ability, between the ears, to really focus on the things you DO and appreciate the amazing world that is around you. And remember, the next time your inner world (mind) tries to dictate things with fear stories and time-travelling, rely on your Mindfulness skills to FOCUS ON FACTS and BE HERE NOW.
