After some great feedback about my "MAY...you BE Mindful!" Blog series, it was suggested by a very smart client that I collate all the daily activities so that it could be used to help guide you with training your Mindfulness skills for the other months of the year - so I've finally put it together and it is now in the Resources section of my website.
