Day 18 - HOW MANY TIMES YOU CHEW YOUR LUNCH

 

Activity for Day 18 (tomorrow):

BE CURIOUS of...

 

HOW MANY TIMES YOU CHEW YOUR LUNCH - digestion starts in the mouth, so count how many times you chew a mouthful of your lunch today.

Day 17 - YOUR POSTURE

 

Activity for Day 17 (tomorrow): 

 

Focus on what you are doing in the HERE and NOW, 

Take note using your SENSES, and 

BE CURIOUS of...

 

YOUR POSTURE - when we raise our sternum (chest bone) and widen our shoulders, extra oxygen enters our lungs and leads to the release of a happy hormone called endorphin and also a boost in testosterone, so our internal stress level (cortisol!) decreases. So be in tune with your posture today and make sure you "sternum up!"

Day 16 - BREATHING WHEN CHECKING EMAILS

 

Activity for Day 16 (tomorrow):

Take note using your SENSES, and 

BE CURIOUS of...

 

BREATHING WHEN CHECKING EMAILS - there is now a condition called Email Apnea where we hold our breath or stop breathing when checking emails. So be mindful of your breathing today, and make sure it is deep, slow and smooth, when looking at your Inbox.

Day 15 - LISTENING TO SOMEONE SPECIAL

 

Activity for Day 15 (tomorrow): 

 

Focus on what you are doing in the HERE and NOW, 

Take note using your SENSES, and 

BE CURIOUS of...

 

LISTENING TO SOMEONE SPECIAL - you might speak to them everyday but do you really listen to them? Stop and take a moment to be present and take in what they are really saying to you, verbally and non-verbally.

Day 14 - EYE COLOURS

EYE COLOURS - so many of us couldn't even tell you their best friend's eye colour, so make a concerted effort today to really look into and appreciate other people's eyes.
