In respect to the Best Performance framework, this workshop introduces and outlines the key components, skills and tools for performance success, namely the TARGET model.
THE TEAM (even for individual athletes!) - understanding Who you/we are, player/coach Profiles, Leadership, Courageous Communication, Selfless Acts, and Making sense of the Outcome;
"AND BREATHE!" - Body Scan and Breathing exercises;
RELEASE, RECOGNISE & REBOUND - Cognitive and Emotional Management;
GROWTH - Physical Development (including performance skills, fitness), Ability to Compete and Cope with Pressure, Guiding Values, Character Development;
EXCELLENCE - defining What this is and the Mindset/Behaviours required;
