Our sense of wellbeing relies upon our mind-body communicators, or hormones, such as endorphin, serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin and cortisol.

This workshop outlines and explores the everyday activities (e.g. fuel, sleep, touch, exposure to nature) and behaviours (e.g. move, laugh, posture) that lead to the release or decrease of these hormones in your High Performance Machine.
